It's Official

It's official. Feb. 11 is my last day at Safeway. I will finally be able to close one proverbial chapter of my life and carry on to the next one. I'm actually enjoying these last days at Safeway because a bunch of regular customers have all kindly expressed how they'll miss me and a few other regular faces. Like any change in life, it will be hard at first because I will miss many of my coworkers and a lot of the regular customers, but I think this is a case where the good will definitely outweigh the bad. The way Safeway is heading, I think I am getting off a sinking ship at the right time.
