As I mentioned before, April, Gianni, Tina and I got to see one of my fave bands, Metric, play at The Whiskey in Calgary. It was a great show, but they sold WAY too many tickets. It was wall-to-wall people. We tried staying by the front of the stage but there were too many drunken, rowdy people who wanted to turn the place into a mosh-pit. By the way the crowd was acting you'd think it would be an all-ages, hardcore punk show. I love Metric, but I did not anticipate a mosh pit. On a side note, April and I met Larissa from Muchmusic's VJ Search. She was very nice and laid back and she let me take a pic of her and April. So here are some pics from the show.
