What kind of message does this send???

Okay, I am a bit peeved today. Last night I went out to The Crooked Cue for a little bit and wound up at O'Hanlon's for the Tommy Douglas wrap party. A few of us ended up staying there after hours and I had a few pints so I didn't feel comfortable driving home. I snagged a ride with a friend of mine and left my car, knowing that I would be getting a parking ticket the next day. Well, I swung by there after my run today around 11:30 and I not only got one parking ticket, but TWO. So I had to pay $20 for being responsible and NOT drinking and driving. Well, thanks a whole fucking lot, City of Regina!
